You need to drink this much a day

There is a belief among many that a certain amount of water must be drank each day. This is given as either the correct amount for everyone, or it is given as a minimum that must be drank. This generally goes with the assumption that the liquid MUST be water and that other drinks (such as coffee) don't count.

 

Conclusion: Deceptive

Don't feel pressured to drink a specific amount of water each day. If, after some research, you feel concerned about your water consumption being too high or too low consult your doctor. Typical advice is to check your urine against a color chart.
NOTE: Some things like vitamin pills can darken your urine.
